Kişisel verilerin korunması, gizlilik ve çerez politikası

Cazu Aydınlatma ("İşletme") olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğine önem veriyoruz. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") madde 10 uyarınca, web sitemizi kullanırken ve bizimle iletişime geçerken kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

  • Kimlik ve iletişim bilgileri: İletişim veya bayilik formuna ya da WhatsApp mesajına yazdığınız ad soyad, firma unvanı, telefon numarası, il ve ilçe bilgisi.
  • Talep bilgileri: Mesajınız, malzeme listeniz, ürün, adet ve teklif ya da bayilik talebinize ilişkin bilgiler.
  • İşlem güvenliği / teknik veriler: Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde tarayıcınızın barındırma hizmetine (Netlify) ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlere (Google Fonts, Google Haritalar) ilettiği IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgileri.

Web sitemizdeki form verilerinizi kendi sunucumuzda saklamaz; "Gönder" butonuna bastığınızda mesajınız WhatsApp uygulamasında hazır olarak açılır ve ancak sizin göndermenizle bize ulaşır.

3. İşleme amaçları

  • Fiyat teklifi, stok, ürün bilgisi ve bayilik taleplerinizi yanıtlamak,
  • Sipariş, teslimat ve satış sonrası destek süreçlerini yürütmek,
  • Sizinle telefon, WhatsApp veya e-posta yoluyla iletişim kurmak,
  • Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi (fatura, muhasebe vb.) yerine getirmek,
  • Web sitesinin güvenli ve düzgün çalışmasını sağlamak.

4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebepler

Kişisel verileriniz; web sitesindeki iletişim ve bayilik formları, WhatsApp, telefon, e-posta ve mağazamızda yüz yüze iletişim yoluyla, kısmen otomatik yollarla toplanmaktadır. Verileriniz KVKK madde 5/2 kapsamında;

  • (c) Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (teklif, sipariş ve bayilik süreçleri),
  • (ç) Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi (fatura ve vergi mevzuatı),
  • (f) İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaatimiz (talebinize dönüş yapılması, site güvenliği)

hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenmektedir.

5. Kişisel verilerin aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz satış amacıyla üçüncü kişilere verilmez. Verileriniz yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak; yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına, siparişinizin teslimi için kargo/lojistik firmalarına ve muhasebe hizmeti aldığımız kişilere aktarılabilir.

Bizimle WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçmeniz hâlinde mesajlarınız WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) altyapısı üzerinden iletilir. Sitede kullanılan Google Fonts ve Google Haritalar hizmetleri nedeniyle IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz Google'a iletilir. Bu hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; söz konusu aktarımlar KVKK madde 9 kapsamında gerçekleştirilir. Web sitemiz Netlify, Inc. altyapısında barındırılmaktadır; siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz, sitenin güvenli şekilde sunulabilmesi için sunucu kayıtlarında kısa süreli olarak tutulabilir.

6. Saklama süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen yasal saklama süreleri boyunca saklanır; bu sürelerin sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

7. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Web sitemiz kendi adına çerez (cookie) kullanmamakta ve ziyaretçi takibi yapmamaktadır. Yalnızca seçtiğiniz site dilini (Türkçe / İngilizce) hatırlamak için tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanına kişisel veri içermeyen tek bir tercih kaydı yazılır. İletişim sayfasındaki Google Haritalar haritası ise Google tarafından kendi politikaları çerçevesinde çerez kullanabilir. Çerezleri ve yerel depolamayı tarayıcınızın ayarlarından dilediğiniz zaman engelleyebilir veya silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılı bilgi için Google Gizlilik Politikası'nı inceleyebilirsiniz.

8. KVKK madde 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak İşletmemize başvurarak;

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
  • KVKK madde 7'deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
  • Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
  • Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

haklarına sahipsiniz.

9. Başvuru yöntemi

Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, kimliğinizi doğrulayan bilgilerle birlikte yazılı olarak yukarıdaki adresimize iletebilir veya cazuaydsatis@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. Başvurularınız, talebin niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır.

At Cazu Aydınlatma (the "Company"), we care about the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you use our website and when you contact us.

  • Identity and contact details: Your full name, company name, phone number, province and district as entered in the contact or dealership form or in a WhatsApp message.
  • Request details: Your message, materials list, product, quantity and other information related to your quote or dealership request.
  • Transaction security / technical data: The IP address and browser information that your browser transmits to our hosting provider (Netlify) and third-party services (Google Fonts, Google Maps) when you visit the website.

We do not store the form data on our own server; when you press "Send", your message opens ready-made in WhatsApp and only reaches us once you send it yourself.

3. Purposes of processing

  • To respond to your requests for price quotes, stock, product information and dealership,
  • To carry out order, delivery and after-sales support processes,
  • To communicate with you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail,
  • To fulfil our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, etc.),
  • To ensure that the website operates securely and properly.

4. Method of collection and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected, partly by automated means, through the contact and dealership forms on the website, WhatsApp, phone, e-mail and face-to-face communication at our store. Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds:

  • (c) It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quote, order and dealership processes),
  • (ç) It is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (invoicing and tax legislation),
  • (f) It is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (responding to your request, website security).

5. Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to authorised public institutions where required by law, to cargo/logistics companies for the delivery of your order, and to the persons from whom we receive accounting services.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure. Due to the Google Fonts and Google Maps services used on the website, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google. The servers of these service providers may be located abroad; such transfers are carried out within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. Our website is hosted on the infrastructure of Netlify, Inc.; when you visit the website, your IP address and browser information may be kept briefly in server logs so that the site can be served securely.

6. Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Cookies and local storage

Our website does not use cookies of its own and does not track visitors. Only to remember the site language you choose (Turkish / English), a single preference entry containing no personal data is written to your browser's local storage. The Google Maps map on the contact page may use cookies under Google's own policies. You can block or delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. For more information, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to our Company, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
  • Request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request that the correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • Object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send your requests regarding your rights in writing to our address above, together with information verifying your identity, or by e-mail to cazuaydsatis@gmail.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

This English version is provided for information purposes. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
